What payment methods are used on your website?

Nourrir accepts payments via Paypal, the following credit and debit cards can be used: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Please visit Paypal for a list of more payment options available.

 

If you do not have a Paypal account you are more than welcome to use the Paypal Guest Checkout.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Please email us immediately at customer-care@nourrir.co.uk and we will update you with the status of your order.

Can I Pre-Order an item from your site?

We are still working on this feature at the moment. However you can drop us an email and we can let you know when we have your desiresd product in stock, then we can talk you through the steps of placing your order.

Do you have Discount codes?

Now and again we offer some promotional discounts, so be on the look out for those. If you sign up to our Newsletter or follow our social media accounts you are guranteed to never miss out.

What are your delivery Timescales?

Standard Delivery – Up to 5 days within the UK

 

Next Working Day Delivery – Orders will be received the next day as long as it is made before 5pm during the weekdays.

 

Please note the weekend & Bank Holidays are not included. Delivery may be delayed during adverse weather conditions and during busy periods such as Christmas, Easter etc. As mentioned we will always keep you updated.

What is your refund policy?

Aww its unfrotunate you want to return an item. But it happens so were more than happy to give you a refund on all your unwanted item(s), which must be in perfect condition and returned within 28 days. Please read our Terms and conditions to find out about the types of products that cannot be returned.

 

Returns are FREE with Paypal! However you pay the shipping cost first then paypal will reimburse you the full amount.* – Click on the Paypal Banner at the bottom of the Homepage for more information.

 

But if you choose to use another method to return your item(s) it is your responsibility to ensure your parcel reaches us in one piece. We recommend you use a trackable service either with the Post office or a Courier.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Unfortunatly we do not, but we are working on making this possible in the future, as we would love our products to be enjoyed internationaly. Just keep watching this space for more updates. (Hey that rhymes!!!)

What is your delivery Charge?

Our delivery flat rate is £3.99 for all orders.
